At a rapidly-growing industry leader, we're dedicated to providing tools and services that simplify the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
As a Business Partnership Manager, you'll work closely with our national Partnerships team to develop new partnerships, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive customer acquisition to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing strategic partnerships with businesses and organisations
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Driving customer acquisition to achieve business targets
- Maintaining positive relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong business development experience or relevant sales background
- Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) an advantage
- Excellent time management, planning, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and follow-up
- A willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
- Self-motivation, confidence, and high integrity
- Ability to travel at times
- Experience working with CRM databases, particularly Salesforce
- Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Business, or Management an advantage
