Overview

Join Westpac as a Relationship Manager – Property Finance. This is a full-time role based in Brisbane.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of medium to large property clients with lending needs between $5M–$30M.
  • Win new business and grow the client portfolio by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities.
  • Structure property investment and construction finance deals and support credit analysis as needed.
What you need
  • Solid background in commercial lending and credit analysis.
  • Experience structuring property investment and construction finance deals.
  • You are a natural relationship builder with a strong referral network.
  • Track record of winning new business and growing portfolios.
