Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role in a medium-to-large property
- Understanding of hotel property management systems (preferably OPERA)
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Flexibility to work across morning and afternoon shifts
- Leadership experience in a similar team environment
