Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by proactively addressing guest requests and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for staff members and guests alike, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • A highly organized and proactive individual with strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Prior experience in similar fast-paced roles within hotels or hospitality settings is highly valued.
  • Excellent time management skills combined with robust communication and customer service abilities are essential.
  • Able to work independently during overnight shifts and demonstrate a strong desire for career advancement and skill development.
  • A skilled problem-solver with the ability to resolve complex challenges quickly while maintaining high standards.
  • Previous experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is strongly preferred.
  • Current certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and First Aid is mandatory.
