About the Role

MongoDB is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Director to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Global GTM Enablement team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Sales Development Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for our global Sales Development team, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and creating engaging content.
  • Partner with sales leadership to facilitate onboarding sessions and accelerate team development.
  • Monitor sales performance and data trends, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, preferably in a technology company.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales quota-carrying role.
  • Experience working with high-tech companies and value-based sales methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to learn quickly.
