Talent Acquisition Leader Role

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. As a key member of the talent acquisition function, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment delivery and partnering with business leaders to deliver strong talent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Drive the rollout of our employer value proposition and execution of the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Manage permanent recruitment volumes across the business.
  • Oversee recruitment agency relationships.
  • Partner with external providers to manage our casual workforce requirements.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leading a talent acquisition function or team.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on innovation, process improvement, and vendor management.
  • A hands-on approach balancing leadership and delivery.
  • Passion for developing people and creating a high-performing culture.
  • Experience working with Workday is highly desirable.
