Talent Acquisition Leader Role
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. As a key member of the talent acquisition function, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment delivery and partnering with business leaders to deliver strong talent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Drive the rollout of our employer value proposition and execution of the talent acquisition strategy.
- Manage permanent recruitment volumes across the business.
- Oversee recruitment agency relationships.
- Partner with external providers to manage our casual workforce requirements.
- Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of leading a talent acquisition function or team.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on innovation, process improvement, and vendor management.
- A hands-on approach balancing leadership and delivery.
- Passion for developing people and creating a high-performing culture.
- Experience working with Workday is highly desirable.
