About the Role: We are seeking a flexible and team-oriented professional to join our team as a Casual Educator. As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational programs and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
- Supervise and engage with children at all times, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff members
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, FAMILIES, AND COLLEAGUES TO PROMOTE A POSITIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCE
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
