The Lead Educational Innovator is a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, collaborating closely with the Centre Director and Assistant Director to drive centre improvement through meetings and decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Educational Leader at Goodstart Semaphore Park, you will:
- Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs for children.
- Deepen team understanding of child development and early years content, guiding application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current SA Working with Children Check.
