About This Role:
We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Semaphore Park. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs offered to children, collaborating with Educators to enhance their understanding of child development and early years content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with centre leadership team to lead transformative changes
- Champion excellence in educational practice
- Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs
Salary:
A competitive salary, paid on par with state primary school Teachers (*if you hold your Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent), will be offered to the successful candidate.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current SA Working with Children Check
About Goodstart Semaphore Park:
- 70 place centre with children ranging from 6 weeks to 6 years of age
- Close to local schools, and 10 minutes' drive to Port Adelaide Plaza shops
- Positive team culture where the team works well together
- Minimum of 5 hours non-contact time
