About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Diploma qualified Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Semaphore South. As a vital part of our team, you will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality early childhood education and care services to children aged 0-5 years
- To develop and implement engaging and challenging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- To build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment
- To contribute to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of all children and staff
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children's Check
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and care services
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience
