**About the Role**
As a Casual Early Childhood Educator with Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a vital role in supporting our centres and children in providing enriching and responsive learning experiences.
**What You'll Achieve**
- You will actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team.
- You will engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- You will maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
- You will build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
- You will comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
- You will support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

- Willingsness to travel between other local services.
- Flexible availability between Monday-Friday.

This opportunity is based in Semaphore SA (Kaurna land) and requires occasional travel to other local services.
**Salary**
The estimated salary range for this role is $28-$35 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience.
