The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our Government & Defence team in Brisbane. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in assisting with the relocation of Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with ADF members and their families, as well as with internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with relevant third parties to complete accommodation, travel, and other relevant bookings associated with the relocation process.
Proactively administer Defence relocation policy and entitlements, ensuring that benefits and entitlements are in accordance with policy and client key performance indicators.
Deliver a high-quality end-to-end relocation experience to ADF members and their families through world-class case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.
Manage expectations and ensure that ADF members and their families understand the scope of service and the relocation life cycle.
Liaise with internal and external customers/stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
Requirements
Case management experience in a similar role would be advantageous (i.e., global mobility, assignment management, insurance, or travel).
Strong experience working in a customer service industry.
The ability to interpret policy and legislation.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
