Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our Indian cuisine expertise
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure high standards
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and plating to meet our high-quality standards
  • Conduct regular inventory, ordering, and stock management to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, techniques, and ingredient sourcing to continuously improve our offerings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Relevant culinary qualification, such as a degree or diploma in culinary arts
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Passion for Indian cuisine, with a deep understanding of spices, flavors, and cultural nuances

  • Physical and mental stamina to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
