About the Role

As a Digital Insights Specialist, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and transforming lives at Six Degrees Executive. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, this dynamic role will be responsible for delivering insights for optimisation across diverse business portfolios.

Your Duties Include:
  • Design and Maintain a Digital Measurement Framework: Clearly define and track objectives, metrics, and segments to ensure accurate and trustworthy data insights.
  • Analyse Digital Channel Performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of content, campaigns, SEO, and user engagement to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Understand their business challenges and provide actionable insights to drive success.
  • Develop Monthly Website Performance Reports: Provide recommendations to key business units using written, verbal, and visual methods that comply with internal expectations and accessibility requirements.
  • Contribute to a Comprehensive Digital Measurement Framework: Ensure clear definition and tracking of objectives, metrics, and segments.
  • Educate the Wider Business: On best practice in reporting and analytics, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient decision-making.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require prior experience in data analysis and generating actionable insights to drive measurable success. Key skills include:

  • Experience in building and editing complex reports/dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiencies in platforms like GA4 and Google tag manager.
  • Strong communication skills for effective data discussions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative, consult, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy to manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in session recording and heatmapping tools will be highly regarded.
