About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary service provider in Ballarat.

  • Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and for My Aged Care clients will be a key responsibility of this role.
  • Diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech and language disorders guided by evidence-based practice is crucial for this position.
  • Experience in swallowing disorders and analysis is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed records relating to client conditions, support plans, therapies, and progress.
  • Create clear and concise treatment and therapy plans to suit the individual needs of a diverse range of client ages and demographics.
  • Recognize and support cultural, spiritual, and neurodiversity of clients.

  • A pro-active attitude and ability to use initiative are expected.
