About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing clients' swallowing and communication difficulties, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of adult clients, providing dysphagia and communication assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.

Requirements:
- A professional qualification in Speech Pathology with an active membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
