Multidisciplinary Speech Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Speech Pathologist to join our team in the Southern region of Melbourne. This fulfilling role will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services across the scope of practice to adults with a disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Your working days may involve delivering therapy in people's homes, educational settings or in the community, aimed at supporting clients to achieve their goals. You will work part of an interdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists, providing indirect client service/family coordination to support client goals.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Delivering therapy in various settings, including people's homes, educational settings, and the community.
- Working as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to adults with disabilities.
- Providing indirect client service and family coordination to support client goals.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of client progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- A competitive salary range of $85,380.74 - $104,551.89 (depending on experience) + superannuation + salary packaging.

- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
- The ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- A willingness to improve on your clinical practice, including self-reflection and a focus on developing clinical skills in areas you're not familiar with.
- Care for the work you do and for the people you work with.
- Competency in a variety of IT platforms, particularly client management systems.
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
