We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at MaCare Health Solutions, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families in Victoria.

About the Role

This Full-Time position involves supporting and delivering professional learning for individuals who require our services, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver programs and interventions within your scope of practice, and providing advanced-level evidence-based speech pathology and multidisciplinary practice in one or more clinical areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and Deliver Professional Learning: Provide expert guidance and education to individuals who require our support, empowering them to reach their full potential.
  • Clinical Service Delivery: Work closely with individuals and their families to provide comprehensive communication support across various environments, including home, outdoor, and school settings.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the success of our multidisciplinary team by sharing expertise and best practices to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Leadership Opportunities: Have the potential to manage and support a clinical service and/or clinical team, driving innovation and excellence in speech pathology practice.
Requirements
  • Award-winning degree in Speech Therapy
  • Current/pending registration with the SPA Board of Australia
  • Prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services
  • Police Clearance, Drivers Licence, First Aid/CPR, NDIS Screening Check, and Working with Children check
