About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality speech pathology services to individuals and their support networks, empowering them to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Provision of speech pathology services under the Aged Care (Home Care Package) model, NDIS, individual, and/or group-based programs, education, and support services
  • Completion and accurate collection of data, including assessment reports, progress notes, and outcome measurements
  • Collaboration with participants, families, and support coordinators to set meaningful goals aligned with individual aspirations and care plans
  • Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and advancements in speech therapy through ongoing professional development activities

About You

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in speech pathology
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions for NDIS and aged care clients
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, client-centered environment
