Join Home Solution, Australia's leading home builder, as a New Home Advisor and take your sales career to the next level. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving high sales targets.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality solutions to customers. You will be based in one of our beautifully presented Metro-North Display homes, where you will showcase our award-winning designs and quality products to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and assess client needs, providing suitable solutions to meet their requirements
  • Manage high-volume display visitors, follow up leads, and achieve high sales targets
  • Provide customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry partners, including land developers, financiers, and local community providers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the residential industry
  • A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
  • Exceptional industry networking and customer service skills
  • Well-developed organizational and client management capabilities
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software
