About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Sales Consultant to join our team at Da Home Care. As a Home Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate Referral Sales: Utilize your existing network and relationships to generate referral sales and drive business growth.
  • Update and Maintain Sales Data: Accurately update and maintain sales data to ensure seamless communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Land Availability: Continuously learn about new products and land availability to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Develop Home and Land Packages: Collaborate with our team to develop and present home and land packages that meet customer needs.
  • Manage Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service and manage relationships with customers throughout the home-buying process.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record in Home Sales: Demonstrate a proven track record of success in home sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent Selling and Negotiation Skills: Possess excellent selling and negotiation skills to meet customer needs and exceed targets.
  • Drive for Success: Demonstrate a drive to relentlessly exceed targets and a hunger for success.
  • Positive Attitude to Professional Development: Possess a positive attitude to professional development and learning.
  • Excellent Work Ethic and Resilience: Demonstrate an excellent work ethic and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
