Property Repair Specialist Opportunity

This is a dynamic long-term opportunity to join a high-performing team with a great culture.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused individual who will partner with key stakeholders to ensure claims progress and are completed in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of managing repairs on behalf of clients, ensuring that work is carried out with a strong focus on repair life cycle, high quality, and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Previous experience in insurance/claims, construction/property/repairs/warranties, or similar fields is highly desirable.

  • Accurately manage assigned claims
  • Understand and review trade reports, and have general knowledge of builder terminology
  • Communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to all stakeholders
