About the Role

This role is a permanent position based at the GM3 office in Brisbane CBD. As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for providing essential payroll services, technical support and reporting support to GM3 teams, ensuring smooth and accurate payroll processing.

You will assist in implementing and optimising SAP and SuccessFactors as the end-to-end Payroll system, ensure accurate and timely payroll preparation, reconciliation and execution for all employees, and provide technical and reporting support to the Manager Payroll and wider teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have strong knowledge of Australian payroll laws and legislation, proficiency in payroll systems (SAP preferred), ability to analyse payroll data and resolve discrepancies effectively.

You will also have proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities, clear communication and collaboration skills, and excellent organisational skills. Relevant qualifications in Payroll, HR or related fields are required.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
