Workplace Rehabilitation Opportunity

Big Umbrella is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Wollongong. As a highly regarded provider of services in Workplace & Allied Health, we are committed to quality care, innovation, and our people.

The Role

  • Proactively manage a caseload of Same Employer clients, engaging with a variety of customers including Workers' Compensation, DVA, CTP, Life Insurance, and non-compensable injuries.
  • Perform Initial, Workplace, Functional, and Ergonomic Assessments, attending case conferences and developing RTW plans to achieve outcomes.
  • Build robust relationships and generate repeat referrals, working towards reasonable targets and client visits allocated as close to your local area as possible.

The Ideal Candidate

  • AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist, with eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services under SIRA.
  • 1 year+ Rehab or Clinical experience valuable, motivated graduates also welcome to apply.
  • A team player, you enjoy collaborating in a multidisciplinary team, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Passionate about assisting clients return to work, with a driver's licence.
