**About the Role**: As a next supply chain specialist, you will report to the head of supply chain - grocery and partner with supply planners to identify opportunities in end-to-end supply chain across business units.

You will:

- Provide leadership on supply chain projects, deliver end-to-end improvements
- Act as second charge and provide short-term cover for supply chain managers
- Participate in the supply chain improvement committee for business units

- Lead cost reduction strategies in supply chain within business units
- Identify development opportunities for supply chain team members to support technical development
- Support management working capital for business units

**About You Skills**: You will be part of the supply chain improvement committee role and leverage proven project management and stakeholder management skills. This role benefits from:

- Proven experience in supply chain planning in retail FMCG environment
- Relevant tertiary degree or other related qualification
- Demonstrated experience in lean/Six Sigma methodology
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and cost drivers
- Proven understanding of retail replenishment systems and factors that affect store availability
- Developed data analysis and insight generation skills with advanced MS Excel skills
- Demonstrated project delivery experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence broad set of stakeholders
