Global Supply Chain Manager

**Logistics Expert**: A logistics expert will be responsible for coordinating and executing the supply chain process to ensure timely delivery of products.
A key aspect of this role is demand forecasting, where the candidate will review historical sales trends and forecast accuracy to make informed decisions. They will also plan and execute procurement from global suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and communications with key suppliers.
The logistics expert will proactively report product availability issues and monitor open purchase orders for on-time deliveries. They will manage inventory parameters, reduction, and reserve percentage measurements, as well as product life cycle management.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining purchase order status and shipment tracking information, processing sales orders, and liaising with overseas suppliers. The candidate must also manage external relationships with third-party stakeholders, such as warehouses and transport carriers.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in logistics or business and experience in retail/FMCG environment, supply chain/logistics, or purchasing/buyer. Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and customer focus are essential for success in this role.
A basic level of using MS Office suite and Dynamics/Business Central knowledge beneficial. Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and foster open communication is crucial.
