Job Title: Global Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our International Logistics team as a Global Supply Chain Coordinator.

This role is responsible for assisting management with day-to-day operations, including shipping, receiving, and storage activities for all manufacturing sites globally.

  • Delivery Processing: Select orders for delivery, create outbound delivery documentation, and verify batch, billing, and shipping information.
  • Stock Transfer Buyer: Perform stock transfer responsibilities, ensuring correct information is associated with the order, and verifying pricing, import, and delivery information.
  • Export Order Management: Manage export orders, creating export orders by type, determining order reason codes, and processing orders by fulfilling, blocking, or rejecting them.
  • Transportation Management: Coordinate transportation and shipment of materials, maintaining freight forwarder relationships.
  • Reporting: Contribute to monthly reports and finance forecasts.
  • Training Development and Delivery: Provide training for new team members on order management processes at manufacturing sites.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain, with knowledge of warehousing, distribution, inventory control, export, and transportation. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.

About the Role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in logistics or supply chain roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
