Job Title: Global Supply Chain Director

The role of the Global Supply Chain Director is a critical one, as they are responsible for driving strategic and operational excellence across the company's global supply chain. This position will lead a high-performing team to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.

This position requires a visionary leader with a strong track record of delivering cost reductions, mitigating supply chain risk, and implementing sustainability initiatives. The Global Supply Chain Director will be responsible for supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and vendor performance to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy aligned with the company's corporate objectives, focusing on operational efficiency, cost reduction, risk management, and sustainability.
  • Lead global supply chain transformation initiatives to create a more agile, resilient, and cost-effective supply chain.
  • Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization and continuous improvement to drive competitive advantage.
  • Align supply chain operations with the company's core values, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, transformation, and cost reduction.
  • Experience overseeing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance management.
