Global Supply Chain Leader

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for supply chain management, warehousing, and distribution to drive business growth.
  • Deliver excellence in customer service through coordination of end-to-end activities across the supply chain operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead systems and process improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance and reduce costs.
  • Responsible for delivering on-time-in-full (OTIF) to all customers and consumers around the world.

About You

We're looking for an experienced logistics or supply chain professional who combines operational excellence with commercial thinking and a genuine passion for purpose-driven business.

  • Senior executive leadership background with experience in developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Extensive experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment, ideally in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to understand financial reports and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborative style with strong communication, coaching, consultation, and negotiation skills.
