The Opportunity:

You'll play a vital role in enabling sustainable, global supply chains with our Global Forwarding division as a Supply Chain Manager based in Melbourne, Australia.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This includes:

  • Proactively reviewing external client reports and conducting monthly audits to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Utilising dashboards to monitor data integrity and guarantee accurate information management.
  • Leading the preparation and execution of Client Implementation Plans, adhering to best practices and client-specific requirements.
  • Maintaining comprehensive client profiles and visit records, fostering strong client relationships and personalised service.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive experience in the Global Freight Forwarding industry, ideally in a similar position, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and client expectations.
  • A proven track record in successfully managing large, multi-million dollar key accounts, demonstrating the ability to drive growth and client satisfaction.
