Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Retail Sales Assistant - Sleep Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on helping customers achieve optimal sleep health outcomes. You will work closely with our Store Manager to provide exceptional customer service, investigate and resolve customer issues, and provide ongoing support and equipment to ensure therapy is maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Take customer inquiries in-store and over the phone, providing expert advice and guidance on sleep health solutions.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to therapy, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Provide set-up, on-going support, and equipment to ensure therapy is maintained to a high standard.
- Fit customers for masks and recommend the most appropriate mask based on training provided.
- Provide customers with advice on the safe and effective use of their medical equipment.
- Sale of new or additional services over the phone, with follow-up on trials and testing results to ensure sales conversion.
- Maintain the retail premises and displays in good condition.
- Handle payments, balance float, and bank as required.
- Accountable for trial and sales stock - manage stock levels and reorder stock as needed.
- Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail or customer service role.
- Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong customer service and sales focus, always looking for the best outcome for the individual.
- Administrative skills to document and process customer inquiries (product usage, purchases, etc.).
- Strong and adaptable communication skills.
- Active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.
