We are seeking an experienced property professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our sales team to achieve business objectives.

**Job Overview:**

  • Manage a portfolio of around 190 properties, including property inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve business objectives, including promoting properties and generating new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase property sales and rentals.

**Requirements:**

  • Estate Agents Licence / Agents Representative Certificate.
  • Current and clear police check less than 6 months old.
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable motor vehicle.
  • 2-3 years previous experience within a similar role managing a portfolio.
  • A strong client focus and shared values.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively.
