This Asset Manager position is a great opportunity to join our team and be a key player in the delivery of infrastructure projects.

As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring that our roads, kerbs, and bridges are safe and functional.

You will work closely with other teams to coordinate operational asset management activities and deliver maintenance and capital works projects.

Your day-to-day will involve on-site scoping, design reviews, cost estimations, and defect inspections, as well as supporting project managers with technical assessments and stakeholder engagement.

You'll monitor contracts, budgets, and deal directly with engineering consultants, ensuring all works meet required standards and legislative compliance.

Beyond the operational, you'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement from refining maintenance management systems and data capture, to identifying innovative technologies and best practice approaches.

This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the safety, efficiency, and longevity of our infrastructure while collaborating with internal teams and the community to deliver meaningful outcomes.
