Job Title: IT Asset Manager
">About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Asset Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our organization's assets, from acquisition through to decommissioning. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and take on a key role in ensuring the effective management of our IT assets.
">Main Responsibilities:
- Oversight of asset procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement activities;
- Hands-on experience with Service Management platforms;
- Precise tracking and documentation of hardware and software assets;
- Familiarity with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and network infrastructure;
- Monitoring compliance, reconciling entitlements, and supporting vendor audits;
- Generating insightful dashboards and reports on asset usage and performance;
- Management of requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor communications;
- Understanding and maintaining asset relationships across services, users, and infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Mid-Senior level experience in IT asset management;
- Hands-on experience with Service Management platforms;
- Detailed knowledge of asset lifecycle management;
- Familiarity with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and network infrastructure;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Working Arrangements:
This is a contract position based in Adelaide, South Australia. Only applicants with valid Australian work rights will be considered, as visa sponsorship is not available.
