Asset Management Expertise

We are seeking a proactive, collaborative and adaptive Asset Manager responsible for asset management frameworks, strategies, policies, procedures and systems that provide governance and performance monitoring for infrastructure assets. As a highly valued member in the Finance Branch, your experience in providing support and technical advice for medium and longer-term strategic planning of assets will foster an improvement in the maturity of asset management.

This position also has an active role in the management of corporate insurance arrangements.

The incumbent will have proven competence in fostering collaboration across various stakeholders, and providing a wide range of practical solutions and risk based advice to senior Managers and Executive.

Contract: Ongoing

Essential Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business or membership of a recognised asset management professional body, combined with experience in strategic asset management

Special Conditions:

  • May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel and work outside of the normal hours of work
  • May be required to participate in fire management and associated duties

Remuneration: ASO7 - $108,109 min - $116,864 max p.a.
