About the Role:

As the HR Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems and reporting processes. This includes being the key point of contact for day-to-day system enquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data integrity and employee data management is accurate.
  • Own HR reporting and ad hoc reporting.
  • Refine system processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide training to users on HR/payroll systems, maintain user manuals, and offer user support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 2+ years in a HR systems/analyst position or HR Admin role.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A motivated and solutions-focused approach to work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $88,000

Work Type: Full Time
