About the Role:
As the HR Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems and reporting processes. This includes being the key point of contact for day-to-day system enquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity and employee data management is accurate.
- Own HR reporting and ad hoc reporting.
- Refine system processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide training to users on HR/payroll systems, maintain user manuals, and offer user support and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Ideally 2+ years in a HR systems/analyst position or HR Admin role.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A motivated and solutions-focused approach to work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $88,000
Work Type: Full Time
