About the Role

As an HR Systems Analyst at Canon, you will be responsible for ensuring that our HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) is fit for use by the relevant application owners, stakeholders, and employees. You will thrive on working collaboratively with internal customers and software platform partners to design, implement, and support integrated solutions to achieve availability, architectural, security, and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and implementing technical configuration changes to the HR system
  • Managing system upgrades and additions
  • Architecting and implementing HR system enhancements and solutions
  • Architecting and designing the HR systems environments to ensure all integration needs are met and fully implemented as necessary
  • Developing and implementing an HR Systems roadmap to identify existing architecture weaknesses and opportunities for improvement on the HR System
  • Providing advice and actioning the development of business recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans to deliver/ensure system availability, reliability, stability to meet business needs
  • Ensuring solutions implemented meet cyber, privacy, and quality control requirements
  • Supporting the security maturity of the HR Systems
  • Providing guidance to and assisting with escalations from the HR Information Systems Administrator

About You

You are a seasoned HR Systems Analyst who has demonstrated expertise and experience working with HR Systems, including architecture and design. You know how to navigate agile environments and have a deep understanding of what a great HR systems environment looks like and how to get there. Your analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills are second to none, and you combine excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with superb attention to detail.

You will have strong collaboration skills with the ability to understand challenges from stakeholders and recommend and implement improvements to the HR system.
