
Senior Enterprise Account Manager

We seek an accomplished professional to lead our account management team in APAC, leveraging 10+ years of sales/account management/customer success experience and 7+ years of revenue-driving team management expertise.
This leadership role entails retaining and expanding existing enterprise accounts, developing a comprehensive growth strategy, and collaborating with multiple teams to drive business expansion. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning, pipeline management, forecasting, talent development, and project execution
- Mentoring experienced managers in their professional growth and adapting to changing circumstances
- Benchmarking the next-generation enterprise business model globally, demonstrating humility as a role model
The ideal candidate will have experience partnering on programs with other teams, utilizing CRM, forecast management, and analytics tools, and leading international markets.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales/account management/customer success experience
- 7+ years of revenue-driving team management expertise
- Partnership experience with cross-functional teams
- Talent development coaching for senior managers
- Change management acumen across complex organizations and geographies
- CRM, forecast management, and analytics tool proficiency
- International market leadership experience
