As a seasoned sales professional, you have the unique opportunity to drive business growth by leveraging your expertise in designing and implementing effective sales methodologies. Our company is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy to enhance the capabilities of our Sales and CSM teams by implementing sales methodologies and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to understand their needs and challenges, and tailor sales methodologies accordingly.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip teams with the necessary skills to establish best practices in sales methodology.
  • Conduct call calibrations and coaching sessions to provide feedback and guidance to team members.
  • Partner with operations teams to analyze team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement within the SaaS industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to create or customize sales methodologies to meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and consultative approach to identifying key challenges and finding solutions.
