Commercial and Industrial Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial and Industrial Manager to lead and inspire our sales team to achieve or exceed sales performance within the commercial and industrial business.

In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members to enhance performance, while ensuring continuous improvement across business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans for acquiring new business.
  • Analyse sales forecasts, performance, and budgets to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Lead and manage sales streams to achieve set sales targets.
  • Monitor and control key performance metrics to meet business objectives.
  • Review and monitor tenders, coordinating submissions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve collective results.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture focused on achieving targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales management, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Considerable experience in lubrication of FMCH industry preferred.
  • Proven strategic management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with passion for mentoring and coaching individuals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of sales success and business development.
  • Excellent business acumen and financial literacy.
  • A valid driver's licence.
