Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to lead our transformation initiatives and drive organisational change. This is a fixed term role on a 12-month contract with potential to extend.

You will work within a dynamic and successful team with the support of a strong management structure. You will be responsible for leading and driving organisational change, ensuring the successful defining, delivering execution of projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with organisational objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Monitor and report project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, facilitating a smooth transition for employees during transformative initiatives. Address resistance and encourage adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and employees, to ensure alignment and support for transformation efforts.
  • Analyse data to identify key initiatives, areas of improvement, and performance metrics. Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making and align program and change agenda.
  • Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimise disruptions.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on the progress and impact of transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Project Management, Change Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing transformation projects, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Change management certification is a plus.
