Cloud Marketing Strategist for AWS ANZ

Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented marketing leader to drive demand, awareness, and adoption of its cloud computing platform across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
This strategic opportunity plays a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and driving growth marketing programs, leading a team of marketing managers focused on the area.
You will partner with marketing leaders and teams in other regions of Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) and work closely with key members of the ANZ leadership team, as well as local field sales teams and APJ corporate teams, to deliver marketing campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads in your market.
The ideal candidate has successful experience in results-driven marketing, partnering with sales teams to drive growth in new regions, and an unbridled passion for technology and entrepreneurship.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute growth marketing strategies to target technical and business decision-makers and developers
- Lead the ANZ regional expansion and implementation of global and APJ-wide campaigns
- Implement technical and non-technical marketing campaigns (Product & Persona-based motions)
- Lead the team-wide view on lead flow, demand governance, lead queue performance & demand capacity planning
- Manage and mentor a focused, agile marketing team
Requirements:
- 9+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, ideally marketing B2B technology products or services
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a relevant field of study
- Demonstrated success in marketing management, developing marketing strategy, digital marketing, event management, product management, lead management
- Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments
- Experience operating and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrixed global organization
- Demonstrated ability to increase levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable marketing results
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum
