Project Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for enhancing and maintaining effective project management practices, ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise and support project teams in detailed project planning, resource scheduling, quality, and cost management.
- Introduce, standardize, and automate project management practices across the organization.
- Track, report, and provide advice on risks, progress, and performance of projects.
- Ensure early intervention to address risk, escalate issues, and stress the importance of good project governance.
- Enhance project governance to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead change management processes to transition projects to operations.
- Implement post-implementation reviews (PIR), project portfolio reporting, and ensure projects align with strategic initiatives, annual budgets, and Business Unit Plans.
This role requires proven experience in project management and establishing PMO practices. Strong knowledge of project management tools, methods, and best practices is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are also required.
