We are seeking a highly experienced PMO Analyst to play a critical role in driving high-quality governance through superior Quality Assurance and Management of Project Reporting and Governance forums.

About the Role
  • Drive high quality governance through superior Quality Assurance and Management of Project Reporting and Governance forums
  • Provide timely information for key stakeholders as required
  • Maintain and review all Terms of Reference (ToRs) for Project Governance Forums
  • Support project/program reporting requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience within a financial services industry
  • Proven experience in PMO including executive/project steering group reporting, RAID management, finance management, schedule management, resource management and change management
  • Extensive experience as an analyst working in high-profile/high-pressure environments for multiple large projects and programs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Project Reporting and Governance forums
  • Ensure timely information provision to key stakeholders
  • Review and maintain Terms of Reference (ToRs)
  • Coordinate project/program reporting requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in Project/Program Office or similar roles
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance, Project Reporting and Governance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
