PMO Governance and Reporting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Governance and Reporting Specialist to provide high level support to our NSW Strategy program team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, extensive experience working in a project, program or portfolio management office, excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, and tertiary qualifications in project management or equivalent.

The role involves providing governance, reporting and project delivery uplift across the program and its projects. You will establish and manage regular project governance risk and issue meetings, including preparation of meeting artefacts.

Maintain all project artefacts, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with governance and quality requirements. Provide secretariat functions to support the operation of the Program Management Group, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials and following up meeting minutes and action items.

You will work in a matrix environment and must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high level support to the NSW Strategy program team
  • Establishing and managing project governance risk and issue meetings
  • Maintaining project artefacts and ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements
  • Providing secretariat functions to support the Program Management Group
