Job Title: Project Governance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our program delivery team, you will be responsible for providing structure and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of our ERP program.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide governance and oversight to ensure the program is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure accurate and approved project documentation.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor payments with precision.
  • Connect technical and business stakeholders, keep everyone informed, and drive decision-making.
  • Refine how we plan, report, and deliver as the program evolves.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 6–8+ years in PMO, project coordination, or delivery support, ideally in large-scale ERP/SAP or IT transformation programs.
  • A solid grasp of PM methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile) and governance best practices.
  • Experience managing project schedules, reporting, risks, budgets, and documentation.
  • Strong MS Project, PlanView, JIRA, and MS Office skills.
  • A knack for building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and keeping complex initiatives moving forward.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a detail-focused approach in high-paced environments.
