About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Motor Assessor to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a Motor Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing motor vehicles to determine their repair cost or total loss value.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of motor vehicles to determine their repair cost or total loss value.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding the assessment process and outcomes.
- Collaborate with repairers to ensure that vehicles are repaired to a high standard and in accordance with industry guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the assessment process.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A trade qualification in a relevant field, such as panel beating, spray painting, or motor mechanics.Significant post-apprenticeship experience in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.What We Offer
