About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Motor Assessor to join our team in various locations. As a Motor Assessor, you will be responsible for completing assessments of motor vehicles and providing customers with access to prompt resolution of complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of motor vehicles to determine repair costs or total loss.
- Provide customers with clear and concise information regarding the assessment process and any necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with repairers to ensure that vehicles are repaired to a high standard and that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service by providing feedback and suggestions to management.
Requirements
- Trade qualifications as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or Motor Mechanic.
- Experience in motor vehicle repair techniques and quoting damaged vehicles.
- Well-developed computer skills and excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Able to commute to Sydney Metro area on a daily basis.
