We are seeking a skilled Motor Assessor to join our team, responsible for assessing motor vehicles and providing customers with prompt resolution of complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete assessments of motor vehicles in repair cost or total loss, and provide customers with access to the prompt resolution of complaints.
  • Comply with motor assessing process, guidelines, allowances, parts policy, severity coding requirements, and repairer standards.
  • Apply repair cost benchmarking, alternative parts reporting, and scorecards to improve repairer performance.
  • Contribute to improving the customer service of selected and non-selected repairers.
  • Complete total loss reports within 24 hours of assessment.

About You

  • Hold trade qualifications as a panel beater, spray painter, or motor mechanic.
  • Ideal experience as a repair estimator, qualified panel beater, and/or spray painter.
  • Understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques and experience quoting damaged vehicles.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Well-developed computer skills, excellent organization, and time management skills.
