Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team at Brook Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a senior role and drive financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, tax returns, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Leading audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Contributing to budget and forecast preparation, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
- Accounting degree and CA/CPA membership.
- Strong understanding of BAS and PAYG, as well as general ledger reconciliations and auditing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
